## Customized Forms

The Forms are customized to “ _**Each Client’s Unique Report Requirements**_,” including page layout, letterhead and the verbiage used in reports. As a result, Investigators’ Origin and Cause Report are produced while adhering to each Client’s guidelines, or requirements, in the _**Investigator’s Own Words**_.

## Report Formats

**Short Report Format;** These are often used when there is “ _**No Evidence of Arson**_ _”_ and or “ _**No Subrogation Potential**_ _.”_ This format documents the Investigative efforts and provides an _**Overview of the Investigation and Findings**_.

**Full Report Format;** These are often used for “ _**Fire Death Cases**_,” or when “ _**Evidence of Arson**_” and / or “ _**Subrogation Potential**_” has been identified. This format provides the _**most thorough fire scene** **documentation, and Fire Investigation Repor**_ **t**.
